Confirming Your Admission​

A non-refundable admission fee of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand

only) needs to be paid by 21st April 2025, in favour of the institute to confirm your
admission. Please see the details of the year-wise fees on the next page.

We understand this is a significant decision for you and your family, so we want to
provide all the support and guidance you may need. To help you through the
enrollment process, we have assigned a dedicated Program Advisor who will
reach out to you shortly.

Additionally, we have organized an exclusive online session with the leadership

team of Scaler School of Technology specifically for our offer holders. During this
session, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with them, ask
questions, and gain clarity on any aspect of your future at Scaler.

●​ Fees not received within the mentioned dates will result in revocation of
the admission offer.
●​ Kindly note that SST reserves the right to revoke an offer of admission at
any time should it become known that information entered on the
admissions application was either omitted or inaccurate. This is a
provisional admission offer subject to verification of the required
documents and following the due admission process.
●​ You are required to complete the Semester 1 fee payment by 15th June
2025.

●​ Upon confirmation of the admission offer, SST will assist in applying for the degree programs offered by
IIT-M/BITS.

●​ The hostel fee is subject to periodic revision in line with inflation. Over the past two years, the fee has
increased by approximately 5% to 8% annually. However, this percentage is not fixed and may vary in the
future.
●​ Students are required to pay a one-time refundable security Deposit of ₹25,000 for the hostel.
●​ During the 4th-year Industry Immersion phase, students who choose not to stay on campus are exempt
from paying hostel fees for that period.
●​ Students who wish to stay on campus during vacation periods must obtain special permission.
●​ Double-sharing rooms are subject to availability.
●​ The SST tuition fees for years 1 to 3 are to be paid in two parts every year.
●​ The SST tuition fee for year 4 must be paid in full at the start of the year.
●​ Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with menus managed by the student mess committee and
vendors. Veg and non-veg options are prepared separately.
●​ The mess fee is optional, and students can choose their preferred vendor every month.
●​ Bus facilities for commuting between the campus and the hostel are available at a fee of ₹2,500 per
month.
