WOW GENI E-COMMERCE APPLICATION

Customer Acknowledgment and Consent for Order Pickup on March 8th 2025

I, _______________ hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my order placed through
the Wow Geni application:

1. Order Confirmation: I confirm that I have successfully placed an order on the Wow Geni application
and have received the order details, including the expected availability date.

2. Pickup Date: Being a pre-booking, my order shall be ready for the pickup at the store as I’ve opted
for store pickup while placing my order. I have also received the confirmation from Wow Geni team
with the order confirmation details and expected delivery time.

3. Pickup Responsibility: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to collect the order from the
designated pickup point within the provided time frame. Failure to pick up the order within the
stipulated period may result in order cancellation or additional charges and this was conveyed to
me as per the policies & procedural frame work.

4. Notification and Updates: I agree to receive notifications, SMS, or emails from Wow Geni regarding
the status of my order, including any updates or changes related to the pickup schedule.

5. Verification Requirement: I understand that I may be required to present a valid identification

6. Acceptance of Terms: By signing this consent form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and
agreed to the terms mentioned above regarding my order and pickup process.
