POWER SUPPLY AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made this ____ day of____________, 20_____

CHIEF EDUVIERE AKPEVWEOGHENE TIMOTHY, of
Timothy Eduviere Close, hereinafter referred to as the
“OWNER”

WHEREAS:
1. The OWNER has procured, installed, and maintains a
private electricity transformer located at Timothy
Eduviere Close, Umono Abraka connected to the
distribution network operated by BENIN LECTRICITY
DISTRIBUTION COMPANY (BEDC).

2. The BENEFICIARY desires to connect their premises to


the said transformer for the supply of electricity for
residential purposes.

3. The OWNER has agreed to permit such connection


under the terms set out in this Agreement.
