1. In accordance with D.O. 44, s. 2015 or Guidelines on the Enhanced School
Improvement Planning (SIP) Process and the School Report Card (SRC), all schools are
advised to initiate the Development of their School Improvement Plan (SIP) for SY
2025-2026 to SY 2027-2028 and Annual Improvement Plans (AIP).
2. Based on the SIP Process Flowchart, the expected completion date of the activities
for each phase shall be as follows:

3. All schools shall submit the school data, SIP and AIP to the Division Office. The
hard copy must be sent to the Records Unit, with a transmittal letter addressed to the
Office/Unit concerned, on or before the due date specified below.
