Details Itinerary: -
Destination - Delhi – Manali – Solang Valley – Delhi
Day 01: Delhi – Manali (570 Km/12-14 hrs)
Arrival in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching Delhi go to the Bus Stand. Catch the Bus at
6:30 PM.Boarding Point – R K Ashram Metro Station, Gate No.3, Near Pillar No.09
Travel by overnight bus from Delhi to Manali (12 - 14 Hours). Soulful Manali offers something special for
everyone. It gives peace for mediators, inspiration to Artists, Daring Activities for Adventure Seekers etc.
On the way to Manali you experience the cool breeze of Manali already taking all your stress away, soothing
you from calmness in the environment and surprising you by presenting its jaw-dropping landscapes.
Overall It an excellent place for holiday.
Day 02: Manali, (Local Sightseeing)
Reach Manali at 8 - 9 am, Meet our representative at Manali Volvo Stand and transfer to the hotel. After
fresh up, proceed to a half day city tour of Manali which includes: Visiting “HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built in
1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. “CLUB
HOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium,
billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes a wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery,
and “VASHIST” Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to
Lord Rama. Evening you can enjoy the mall road, later back to the hotel. Free for leisure. Overnight stay at
a hotel at Manali.
(Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Tibetan Monastery & Vashist Bath Hot Spring Water).
Day 03: Trip to Solang Valley
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Snow Point/Solang
Valley is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic covered Himalayas, serene natural
surroundings. Carry warm clothes like hand gloves, scarf/muffler, sweater, shawl, socks & sports shoes etc.
Enroute overcoats and shoes are available on hire. Please note that due to heavy snow covering the road,
this Solang Valley is not accessible during heavy snowfall in the winter time, Snow point instead of Solang
Valley will cover. Later back to hotel evening free for leisure, overnight stay at hotel at Manali.
Activities You Can Do – Ropeway, Paragliding, Zorbing, Mountain Bike Riding, Horse Riding)
Day 04: Manali to Delhi Departure
Morning enjoy the breakfast and check out from the hotel at 12 noon (Luggage can be kept at reception or
bell desk. Afternoon enjoys at leisure or can take stroll down the mall in Manali and enjoy shopping
antiques, shawls and handicrafts. Evening catch the Volvo from Manali at 05.00 PM to proceed Delhi.

Day 05: Arrival at Delhi - Tour Ends
Arrival at Delhi, the glorious tour to the heavenly Manali comes to an end. In this way your visit to one of

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to
availability)
Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 12:00 hrs.Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check
in is subject to availability)
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth
execution of tours.
Please note that air-conditioner will not work in high hills
In case the client is carrying any valuable personal good, it is advisable not to leave it behind at the
time of disembarking/ leaving the coach. GIH will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such
items from the coach. All baggage and personal goods are at all times and in all circumstances, the
responsibility of the client.
CHILD POLICY:-
Children below 5 years are complimentary in parent’s room without extra bed.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE:-
For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at
least 14 days prior of tour date.
INR 20%/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS:-
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including
accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the
Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated
in written and advance amount is refundable after cancellation and Booking Charges, besides the
forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows: -
30 days prior to departure of the tour 25% of total tour cost.
30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 40% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
Booking Charges 10 % of Total Tour Cost
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only
after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in
cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated
in the above-mentioned table.
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours
published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air /train tickets or any third
party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation
terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is
also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client
