Your Annual Gross Salary will be INR. 3,00,000.00 PA (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand per month Only).

BIZTRON SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED
The rules and regulations and general information of the terms of appointment are as follows:
1. Your monthly take home will be paid by internet banking on or before 10th working day of every month. Salary
Computation sheet it attached in the last page.
2. You should note that the first three months of your employment constitute probationary period. During the
probationary period (original or extended) your services are liable to be terminated without assigning any
reason or notice or compensation or payment in lieu of notice
3. You will abide by the rules and regulations of the Company as may be in force from time to time.
4. Your appointment is subject to your being found medically fit for employment.
5. Your hours of attendance shall be regulated to suit the duties entrusted to you from time to time as required
by the management of company and you will be required to work generally for 9 working hours and should be
flexible based on the deliverables.
6. Appraisal would be at the end of 12 months from the date of your employment confirmation (i.e., after
3months of probation as per the Company policy. Any tax liability arising out of your compensation should be
borne by you and it will be as per Income Tax rules of India.
7. A notice period of 30 days is required. During the relieving period you are required to fully co- operate with
knowledge transfer. Full and Final settlement will be done after 45 days from the date of resignation.
8. The CTC will be revised once your deployed to the client based on your performance.
9. Consultant need to submit weekly time sheet as per given format and diligently approved by respective
reporting manager.
Code of Conduct Confidentiality
It is a condition of this offer and your acceptance that in terms of your businesses activities and personal
endeavors, your conduct will be in accordance with Biztron Softech policies and with Biztron Softech Code of
Conduct “Winning with Integrity”.
You will not use, publish, misappropriate or disclose any “Confidential or Proprietary
Information”’ during or after your employment, except as required in the performance of your duties for the
Company or as authorized in writing by the Company. Confidential and Proprietary Information shallinclude
information you learn or originate during your employment which is not available or readily ascertainable from
public sources, and includes such information disclosed by others in confidence to the Company. If you have
doubts as to whether particular information is Confidential or Proprietary, you will promptly consult your
supervisor.
Confidential and Proprietary Information includes, the information described in sub paragraphs Aand B
below.
a. Information related to Biztron Softech actual and anticipated relationships between Biztron
Softech and other companies; profit levels and other un-published financial data andbudget,
staffing, compensation, equipment and related plans.
b. Information relating to Biztron Softech customers and vendor relationships. This
includes performance requirements, development and delivery schedules.
For a period of one year after exit from the employment for whatever cause, you shall not
solicit or endeavor to takeaway from the company the business of any customers or clients of the company.
USE OF COMPANY COMPUTERS AND INTERNET ACCESS
The use of Biztron Softech automation systems, including computers, fax machines, and all forms of
Internet/Intranet access, is for company business and is to be used for authorized purposes only.
Brief and occasional personal use of the electronic mail system or the Internet is acceptable as long as it is not
excessive or inappropriate, occurs during personal time (lunch or other breaks), and does not result in expense to
the Company.
Use of Company computers, networks, and Internet access is a privilege granted by management and may be
revoked at any time for inappropriate conduct including, but not limited to:
• Sending chain letters;
• Engaging in private or personal business activities;
• Misrepresenting oneself or the Company;
• Engaging in unlawful or malicious activities;
• Using abusive, profane, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise objectionable
language in either public or private messages;
• Sending, receiving, or accessing porno graphic materials;
• Causing congestion, disruption, disablement, alteration, or impairment ofCompany networks or systems;
• Infringing in any way on the copyrights or trademark rights of others;
• Using recreational games; and/or social media.
• Defeating or attempting to defeat security restrictions on company systems and applications.
Unless specifically granted in this policy, any non-business use of the Company's automationsystems is
expressly forbidden.
If you violate these policies, you could be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
LEAVE POLICY
This Policy encourages its consultants to take break from work as this provides for a healthy and efficient
staff. The leave policy sets out the various types of leaves that an employee is eligible for and outlines the
procedure for taking leave.
• Paid Leave is calculated on calendar basis i.e., from January to December.
• Consultants will be entitled for 12 sick Leaves in a year and 12 paid leaves on a pro-rata basis &
public holiday according to the given calendar in List of holidays.
• Employees who are on Probation are entitled only for 12 sick leaves in a year.
• Any leaves without prior information will be considered as LOP and a bad conduct.
• If a leave is taken on Friday or on Monday it will be considered as 3 days LOP.
• One day Work from home will be provided only on special case of leave on
Friday & Monday, with prior information.
• 3 days of late logins or early logouts will be considered as one LOP.

Termination Policy
This letter of appointment is based on the information furnished in your application for employment and during
the interviews you had with us. If, at any time in future, it comes to light that any of this information is incorrect
or any relevant information has been withheld, then your employment is liable to be terminated without notice.
All matters pertaining to your appointment and compensation are strictly confidential and itshould
be treated as such you will be required to apply and maintain the highest standard of personal
conduct and integrity and comply with all Company policies and Procedures.
The company can terminate your employment based on your conduct & performance without any
prior warning, and the salary that your entitled for the month will be calculated for the days of
your service for that month.
In case of resignation without prior i.e., a month notice period, the employee will not be paid for
the month of service provided.
The above terms and conditions are subject to the company’s policies and procedures where from
time to time, the company changes or introduces policies and procedures, these will be deemed to
apply to this employment.
