online application for the 2025/2026 Academic Session into the Higher National
Diploma (HND), National Diploma and Diploma programmes of the College (Makarfi

Campus) will commence from Monday 20 May, 2025 to Friday 25 July, 2025 by
Midnight.

Requirements:
Prospective applicants MUST possess a minimum of five (5) O’ Level relevant passes in
Basic Sciences including English, Mathematics at Credit level in Senior Secondary
School Certificate Examination WAEC or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.
(a) Applicants for HND Social Development, National Diploma in Social Development,
and National Diploma in Psychosocial Rehabilitation, can apply with either Basic
Sciences or Art subjects.
(b) Applicant for all the abridgement programmes must possess an additional
qualification in the course they are applying.
(c) Applicants into Higher National Diploma programmes MUST Possess a National
Diploma from NBTE accredited Health Institution and JAMB Admission.

(g) After successful Payment, proceed with your application, print the form
acknowledgement slip after completing the application.
