17. COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS
Branch Comment: - The borrower was engaged in business of trading ready made
garments, but during the COVID-19 pandemic his economic situation became

unstable and account was restructured but he was not able to maintain the financial
discipline, hence account turned as NPA on 25.12.2022. Branch has issued recall
notice in the account dt 10.01.2023 and is following up with the customer for early
repayment or settlement of the account. The mediation application is also filed in the
loan account by advocate Dr Sumit Kumar dt 15.05.2023.

18. Delegation:- The account was last sanctioned by Branch Manager dated
10.08.2020 As per the extant guidelines (Br. Cir No…………… dated …………..), the
delegated authority for examination of SAR in the instant account falls within the
delegated Authority of ZLCC.
