I was in the sorrows of past, and

everything in my life was


destroying spontaneously.
Yes , I was in deep sorrows and can't getting restore from traumas of past but then I
contacted a therapist who give me the art of Mindfulness.

Explore what is Mindfulness?


It's a art of being present in present and surrounding not only physically but mentally
also.

You have the traumas of past. And if you are in grief of it that what is going to happening in
future? Then, absolutely you need the mindfulness therapy. It can be taken by listening
motivation and contacting to a therapist. By practicing mindfulness you can be in present.
And free from all the worries.

Types of Mindfulness:
Formal mindfulness:

For mindfulness if you are sitting in a peaceful environment, pleasing surroundings then it is
formal mindfulness.

Mindful movement:
alking, exercises, yoga and other physical activities gives your mind comfort. They all are
classified into mindful movement.

Mindful eating:
Eating your favorite food will boost your energy but it will also gives you help in refreshing
your mind and it will termed as mindful eating and it is also a type of mindfulness.

Mindful listening:
Listening something relaxing such as poetry, music, and any other thing will be classified in
this category.

Benefits of mindfulness:
Still not aware about the benefits of mindfulness then we have simple list if advantages of
mindfulness.
Mindfulness ensure you quality sleeping time.
It will make you active by decreasing the depression.
Physical activities will improve your health helping you to enjoy the life.
Can upgrade your point of thinking and give you a wide angle to develop expression
about world.
Will drag you out of emotional traumas which have makes you weaker and disturbing
everything of you life.
Will make you rigid to fight the challenges of life.and the everything making you unhappy. Can
be transformed into a new positive ways and it will heal you from past.

In simple, it is the therapy can change your whole life.

How to find peace in busy world?


Irritated by the double standard people's, hunted by enemies, want to make your mind
peaceful. Then let's read this points:

Go to a hill resort, to a pound or at the bank of any river see people and the nature.
Irritated by loneliness then go out find new people spend quality time with them and give
extension to your social circle.
Are u obsessed with the friends because they are dishearting you from their rude
behavior. Then let's go and tell them boundaries that this, this and that thing will be
untolerateable.

Read the books, practice your hobbies and spend the time with best friend and do that every
act . Which will make you happy and gives better experience.
