To Whom It May Concern:

This is to certify that complainant Daylina G. Perez requested a


mediation and conciliation for a land dispute/conflict of agricultural land
against Ivan Earl Asoy A. Quimno represented by Anita Q. Barbacal,
involving an agricultural lot described as Lot No. 2465, Pls-43 under Title
No. T-6155 located at Brgy. Salvacion, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

The disputants were mediated by the conciliator-mediator from the


Legal Services Division of the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial
Office (DARPO) of Agusan del Sur at 10:00 o’clock in the morning of 7
March 2025 at the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office
(DARPO), Brgy. 5, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

This is to certify further that the parties of the said mediation were
unable to come up with an agreement despite diligent and exhaustive
efforts by the conciliator-mediator.

This certification is being issued upon the request of the


complainants of the said mediation-conciliation proceeding.
