GROUP TASK

PROJECT PROPOSAL WRITING and Presentation

GUIDELINES:
1. Consolidate all the data that you gathered during the conduct of Community Needs Assessment
and Consultation with the partner community.
2. Review your PPT on PROJECT PROPOSAL This will guide you in accomplishing your task. Refer to
the different PARTS OF PROJECT PROPOSAL and the guidelines given.
3. Do brainstorming within your group and finalize all your plans.
4. Decide on what plans you will prioritize, consider your resources (review the 8 M’s – man, money,
machine, materials, methodology, minute, market, motivation)
5. Kindly hook your project concept/ ideas to Sustainable Development Goals. You can mention it in
Rationale of the Project.
6. Please take note that your Project Proposal is a requirement prior to project implementation.
7. After finalizing your proposal, plan on how you will present it. Make sure that everybody will have
a role in your presentation. In your presentation, just present your word/ pdf file.
8. Please submit the word file and the pdf version.
9. NO TURN IN means NO HW. It is not the responsibility of the leader to submit your HW.
10. You can provide a hard copy of the proposal to your partner community unless I affix my
signature. I can only sign it unless you revise it after your presentation.

SPECIFICATION:
In writing your PROJECT PROPOSAL, please use 12 Arial font size, 1.5 line spacing, save in word
and convert it to pdf. Use the attached NU letter head. Kindly follow the following format given below.
