Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department
2. Notification No.1, HR/2824793/2025, dated: 05.2025 for recruitment of faculty
on contract basis

Kindly refer to the 1st reference cited above, wherein the Government has accorded
permission to the Secretary, APSWREI Society, to engage faculty on a contractual
basis as detailed below:
• Engagement of 49 faculty members, for providing IIT/JEE coaching services
to Targeted students.
• The recruitment is centre-specific, and the contractual appointment shall be co-
terminus with the functioning of the respective centres.
In accordance with the above, it has been decided to engage the services of 49 faculty
members for IIT/NEET Coaching Centres located across the State under APSWREIS.

In this regard, you are requested to kindly:

1. Act as the Technical Partner for APSWREIS in facilitating the recruitment of
faculty on a contractual basis and publish the approved notification on
https://swreis.ap.gov.in.
2. Develop and enable an online application system adhering to the norms
specified in the notification for candidates to fill and submit their applications.
3. Furnish candidate data collected through the online application process for
further processing.
4. Provide call center support throughout the recruitment period to assist
applicants and stakeholders.

This may kindly be treated as Most Urgent, as the reopening of institutions is

imminent, and it is essential to ensure faculty are in place prior to reopening.

Applications are invited for contractual appointment of Faculty in Mathematics,

Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology subjects to work at IIT & NEET Coaching
Centres under the APSWREIS across Andhra Pradesh.

II. MONTHLY REMUNERATION

The selected faculty will be paid a monthly remuneration ranging from ₹50,000/- to
₹1,00,000/- (Different Slabs) based on the experience and performance.

III. APPLICATION FEE

Payment should be made through Debit/Credit Card or Online Transfer. Upon payment, a
Unique ID will be issued, serving as a reference for the application. This ID does not indicate
completion of the application process.

IV. AGE CRITERIA

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 44 years as on 01.05.2025

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST/BC: 5 years

• Physically Handicapped: 10 years

• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years + length of service rendered

Note: Ex-servicemen must have been released from service other than by dismissal or
misconduct.

V. QUALIFICATIONS
• First Class Postgraduate Degree in the relevant subject from reputed premier
institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS, IISERs, Central Universities).

• Minimum of 3 years full-time teaching experience in established IIT/JEE or

NEET coaching institutions with at least 5 years of operational history,
demonstrable track record of results (No of candidates got selected into
NIT/IIT’s and Medical colleges), and a network of canters.

VI. PLACE OF POSTING

Selected candidates will be posted at any APSWR IIT/NEET (10 Nos) Coaching
Centre in Andhra Pradesh.

VII. CONTRACT PERIOD

• The contract period is limited to eleven months only within an academic year
and further terms and conditions of employment will be part of the contract
agreement prepared by APSWREIS which will be final.

VIII. RESERVATION POLICY

1. Local candidate reservation shall be implemented in accordance with the
Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (OLC&RDR) Order, 1975.

2. Special representation for SC, ST, BC, differently abled, Ex-servicemen, and
women will follow the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules,
1996, and the rules of APSWREIS.

IX. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Applications must be submitted online at https://swreis.ap.gov.in from
26.05.2025 to 11.06.2025.

2. Application can be filled only after payment of the application fee.

3. Separate fees must be paid for each subject applied.

4. Upload relevant educational and experience certificates as per notification.

5. Providing false information will lead to rejection and possible legal action.

X. EXAM CENTRES & HALL TICKETS

Details of exam centres will be notified post application deadline via
website/SMS/Social Media. Candidates must download hall tickets from

XI. MODE OF EXAMINATION

• Written Test: 80 Marks
• Demo Class: 20 Marks
• Duration: 90 Minutes
• Mode: Offline, OMR-based MCQ with negative marking
• Medium: English

Syllabus: Standard IIT/NEET-level syllabus for each subject.

Date of Written Exam: 15.06.2025 (Time will be notified later)

XII. SELECTION PROCESS

Selection will be based purely on marks secured in the written exam and demo.

Selected candidates shall report within 7 working days and enter into contract
agreement without fail. If they fail to complete either of above aspect will be treated
as disqualified.

The APSWREIS has taken adequate care to provide a comprehensive set of guidelines. In case
of any ambiguity or unforeseen circumstances, the decision of the Secretary, APSWREIS,
Tadepalli, shall be final.
