● VideoXpert uses a channel days license model for Software Upgrade Plans (SUP)
○ 1 year SUP = 365 channel days (must be purchased in 1 year increments, not individual days)
○ Example: 100 cameras need 6 months (18,250 channel days), then purchase fifty (50) 1 year SUPs
