(i) I confirm that I have been resident in the UK for more than 210 days from April 1st last season to March 31st in the current season
and have not played in my home country/overseas during this time as anything other than an overseas player.
ECB regulations provide for compulsory checks on Passports, Bank accounts, utility bills etc.

(ii) I have an independently checkable cricket record.


(iii) I understand that the penalty for making a false declaration in this regard will result in an immediate ban from the Liverpool
Competition and will apply to all forms of recreational cricket in England and Wales. (NOTE: England and Wales include the
Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.)
