Offer Letter

Dear Ms. Muskan Chaurasia,

We are pleased to offer you an internship as an HR Intern in the Human Resource department at our Talent
Ghar, Lalbagh office. Your internship shall commence on 29-09-2023 and shall end on 14-11-2023 (47 Days).
The terms and conditions of your internship with the Company are set forth below:

1. Subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein, your project and responsibilities
during the Term will be determined by the supervisor assigned to you for the duration of the internship.
2. Your timings will be from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please be sure to
bring documents with you on your first day to complete your profile.
3. You will sign a confidentiality agreement with the company before you commence your internship.
4. The internship cannot be construed as an employment or an offer of employment with Talent
Ghar Business Services

You are required to submit a copy of the following documents along with the Signed Copy of the
Appointment Letter and Company TNC.
(a) AADHAR CARD/VOTER ID/DRIVING LICENSE/PASSPORT
(b) Address Proof (if Address different from that of the ID Proof)
(c) 4 Colored Photographs
(d) Bank Account Number (Front Page of Passbook)
(e) Self-attested copy of all academic and professional qualifications
(f) Resume

2. Task Achievement:

You have to meet the monthly task as assigned to you by the head of your department/Seniors/Company
from time to time, in case of non - fulfillment of the task at any time during the tenure of your service, it
will be the discretionary power of the management to terminate your internship.

4. Non Divulgence of Company’s Business Information:

You will not divulge or part with any information & data regarding the business of the company to
anyone during the tenure of your employment with the company and thereafter, In case you misuse or
share company internal data or work process to anyone, in such case company can take legal actions
against you.

5. Employee’s Responsibility and Obligations:

(i) You shall not open or create or design any alliance or front or politics among the staff members and
shall not participate in any activities related to it, for your oblique motives or for the detriment of the
company.

(ii) In case the management wishes to terminate your services, it can do so after giving due salary.
However, no salary will be paid in case you get terminated during training period. In case you wish to
discontinue the services of the company, you shall have to give one month’s notice in advance to this
effect, failing which the company will be entitled to claim the damages from you.

(iii) You shall not create or cause such circumstances by way of malpractice or other means or modes,
which leave the company with no other option, except to terminate your employment.

EMPLOYEE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT


This EMPLOYEE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, hereinafter known as the “Agreement”, is entered into
between Ms. Aarushi Kudeshia (“Employee”) and Talent Ghar Business Services (“Company”), collectively
known as the “Parties” as of the 20th September 2023 (the “Effective Date”).

Article I: Scope of Agreement


This Agreement acknowledges that certain confidential information, trade secrets, and proprietary data
(hereinafter defined and referred to as “Confidential Information”) of or regarding the Company may be
discussed between Employee and the Company (hereinafter known collectively as the “Parties”).The provisions
set forth in this Agreement define the circumstances in which the Employee can and cannot disclose
Confidential Information, and include the remedies, penalties and lawful action the Company may take should
such information be used or disclosed by Employee. Both Parties agree that it is in their best interests to
protect the Company’s Confidential Information, and that the terms of this Agreement create a bond of trust
and confidentiality between them. In consideration of Employee’s commencement of employment, or
continued employment with the Company, the Parties agree as follows:

Article II: Confidential Information

A. Definitions. Confidential Information is any material, knowledge, information and data (verbal,
electronic, written or any other form) concerning the Company or its businesses not generally known to
the public consisting of, but not limited to, inventions, discoveries, plans, concepts, designs, blueprints,
drawings, models, devices, equipment, apparatus, products, prototypes, formulae, algorithms,
techniques, research projects, computer programs, software, firmware, hardware, business,
development and marketing plans, merchandising systems, financial and pricing data, information
concerning investors, customers, suppliers, consultants and employees, and any other concepts, ideas
or information involving or related to the business which, if misused or disclosed, could adversely affect
the Company’s business.

B. Exclusions. For the purposes of this Agreement, information shall not be deemed Confidential
Information and the Employee shall have no obligation to keep it confidential if:
(i) The information was publicly known;
(ii) the information was received from a third party not subject to the restrictions of this Agreement and
becomes available to Employee through no wrongful act or breach of Agreement on their part; or
(iii) The information was approved for release by Employer through written authorization.
