The main machine, part of our model HSN 918 W, has 7 beaters designed for
recycling textile waste. The first two beaters are called openers or shredders.
They open up the cut material. The next five beaters are called cleaners,
which convert the opened material into cotton. In this process, the material
that turns into thread or fiber is pulled by air to the next beater, while heavier
material falls onto a mat below and goes back to the previous beater to be
opened again.
This process continues until the fabric or thread is fully converted into fiber
and moves forward. The main machine has a working capacity of 200 to 250
kilograms per hour.
