8. Important Notes:

I.The Institute/ University from which the 10th /1th /Graduation/CA Inter has been
completed must be recognized by the Central Education Board/State Government
Board/UT/Bihar State Government Board etc.
II. Successful candidates shall serve as various post at Vegetable Cooperative Societies registered
under Bihar cooperative society act 1935 for a period of 36 (Thirty-Six) months on the outsourced
(contractual) basis from the date of appointment. Renewal of contract would be based on
performance and requirement of the federation/ HR Agency.
Ill. Vegetable cooperative Societies registered under Bihar cooperative society act 1935,
reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the duration of the contract.
IV. The successful candidates can be posted anywher~ in Bihar based on vacancy and
Requirements at the post. The candidates cannot claim for posting at a particular district in
this regard.
V. The number of vacancies mentioned above is tentative and may change (Increase or
Decrease) as per refluirement.
VI. HR Agency reserves the right to change the number of positions or vacancies or cancel

VII. The candidate for the outsourced position must be eligible in terms of age, education
al
qualifications, etc. as per Recruitment Rules notified by the Cooperative Society/
HR
Agency for the posting which he/she intends to apply.
VIII. The court of jurisdictio n for any dispute will be restricted to Patna only.
