1. Answer all questions from Part A. Part A questions should be answered in first

i. Assuming a continuous review replenishment policy,
evaluate the safety inventory that the store should carry to
achieve a CSL of 90%
ii. If the store manager decides to follow a periodic review
policy to manage inventory of Legos and plans to review
inventory after every 4 weeks, for a CSL of 90%, how much
of safety inventory should the store carry? What should its
Order upto level (OUL) be?
iii. Compare the above 2 replenishment policies and comment
