To Change Power Supply from Adani to Tata Power
The process of allowing Adani consumers to choose Tata power as the Electricity Distribution Company
without changing the Cable Infrastructure is termed as “Changeover”.
Following Documents are required:
1. Changeover Application Form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
2. Latest Paid Adani Electricity Bill Copy (Front + Back Side)
3. Self-Attested copy of Photo Identity Proof (Any one of the following)
• Driving license
• Photo pass (Recognized Organization Photo identity card)
• Sr. Citizen Identity card issued by Govt.
• Collector/ Govt. Authorized Photo ID
• Photo ID in Purchase/Sale agreement
• Voter ID card / Passport / Aadhar Card
4. Self-Attested copy of Address/Ownership Proof (Any one of the following)

Security Deposit: Customer is supposed to pay a Security Deposit amount along with a Processing Fee.(For
Single Phase Meter the processing fee for Changeover is Rs.50/- + GST & For Three Phase the processing fee for
Changeover is Rs.75/- + GST) Consumer can pay Security Deposit (SD) in cash/cheque. Security Deposit is
dependent on the Connected/Sanctioned Load and would be informed by the CRC officer during applying.

To Switchover to Tata Power Direct Wires
The process in which a consumer who has completely migrated to Tata Power for receiving power supply
through the wires of Tata Power is termed as a Switchover Consumer.
Following documents are required:
1. Switchover Application Form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
2. Latest Paid Electricity Bill Copy (Front + Back Side)
3. Proof Of Ownership or Occupation of Premises (Any one of the following)
• Sales Deed Agreement Copy
• Share Certificate
• Maintenance Receipt.
• MCGM/ MBMC Property Tax Bill/ Receipt.
• Govt. Issued Property Card or 7/12 Extract
• Aadhar card & Ration Card
4. Self-Attested copy of Photo Identity Proof (Any one of the following)
• Driving license
• Voter ID card
• Passport
• Aadhar Card
Processing Fee: Application processing fee of Rs.50/- + GST for Single Phase & Rs.75/- + GST for Three Phase for
LT and Rs.200/- + GST for HT.
Service Connection Charges One time Service connection charges would be for Rs.2000/- for single phase and
Rs.3000/- for three phase. (EMI Facility- Rs.56/- in 36 instalment for single phase & Rs.83/- in 36 Instalments for
three phase) for Residential Category.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All documents need to be self-attested. A feasibility study will be conducted by our technical
team once the documents are submitted & timelines will be communicated accordingly.
Existing Changeover to Switchover Customer needs to collect consent letter and dis-connection letter from
Customer Relation Centre. Once you submit both the documents a feasibility study will be conducted. Amount
for security deposit shall be shared by representative and also a follow up will be done by our representative

To avail New Connection from Tata Power
New connection applicant is a consumer who is presently not receiving power supply from any licensee (e.g.:
newly developed property or permanently disconnected consumer)
Following documents are required:
1. New Connection Application Form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
2. Self-Attested copy of Photo Identity Proof (Any one of the following)
• Driving license
• Photo pass (Recognized Organization Photo identity card)
• Sr. Citizen Identity card issued by Govt.
• Photo ID in Purchase/Sale agreement
• Voter ID card
• Passport
• Aadhar Card
3. Proof Of Ownership or Occupation of Premises
• Leave and License agreement / Lease Agreement with Owners NOC
• Purchase / Sales Deed Registered Agreement Copy
• Society Share Certificate/ Maintenance Bill/ Society Letter
• MCGM/ MBMC Property Tax Bill/ Receipt.
• Govt. Issued Property Card or 7/12 Extract
• Society Registration Certificate for Common Services like Staircase etc.
• IOD (Intimation of disapproval)
• CC (Commencement Certificate)
• Work Order from Government Of India
4. Processing Fee: For Single Phase the processing fee for New Connection is Rs.85/- + GST. For Three
Phase the processing fee is Rs.135/- + GST and for HT processing fee is Rs.350/- + GST.
5. Service Connection Charges One time Service connection charges would be payable which is
calculated basis on the Connected Load requirement in KW.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
• All documents need to be self-attested.
• In case of joint ownership, the applicant should produce NOC from co-owners along with their photo ID
proof for signature verification or the joint owners name will be added in the power supply bill in this
case the joint owner's signature on the form is mandatory.
