Subject: Direct Recruitment in Group-A, B & C post of Admn. Cadre in ICAR
- reg.
The issue of direct recruitment in Group-A, B & C posts of Administrative
Cadre in ICAR through Public Recruitment Agencies was under deliberation with
the DoPT for quite some time. In this regard, Govt. of India had issued
instructions vide DoPT OM dated 2I.O6.2OL6, 19.07.2017 and 2I.12.2O2O to
utilise the list of candidates published by public recruitment agencies like UPSC,
SSC to fillup the vacancies in Govt. departments/Organizations.

2. Accordingly, in consultation with the DoPT, it has been decided that the
ICAR will, henceforth, make direct recruitment in different Administrative cadre
Group-A, B & C posts by utilizing the list of candidates uploaded by UPSC &
SSC on NCS Portal in accordance to the guidelines/instructions issues by the
Govt. of India from time to time, as per the following details:-
