JAMBOREE OF THE BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is immense pleasure to inform that as part of the 75 th anniversary celebration of the
Bharat Scouts and Guides, the Grand Finale Diamond Jubilee Jamboree and the 19 th
National Jamboree of the Bharat Scouts and Guides is tentatively under pipeline to be
organized at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh State from 6th to 12th November, 2025 which is
earmarked to be hosted by Uttar Pradesh State Bharat Scouts & Guides.

You are requested to kindly update and adjust Schedule of Events of your State planned for
the year 2025-26 accordingly in view of the ensuing Grand Finale Diamond Jubilee
Jamboree and 19th National Jamboree of the Bharat Scouts and Guides and ensure
participation.

In light of the upcoming Jamboree, we request all the State Association to start registration
of Scouts & Guides along with Unit Leaders @ ratio 8:1 (08 Scouts/Guides and One Unit
Leader) in the online BSG Event Registration Portal at
https://bsgevents.in/events/ULDt806GElKPh5XE5x2t in advance and promote
participation to avoid last minute registration and approval issues on the online event
registration portal as we faced a challenge in the recently concluded Opening Diamond
Jubilee Jamboree.

Further details of the Jamboree will be shared shortly through Jamboree Circular No. 2 with
quota allocation and the Jamboree First Bulletin for your information and necessary action.
Please give wide publicity and promote the upcoming Jamboree within your State.
