Determine the Need and Issue:

People mostly rely on cellphones for work, communication, and navigation in

today’s fast-paced digital environment. Finding easily available and
dependable charging stations in public spaces is still a prevalent problem,
though, particularly while traveling or engaging in outdoor activities. This
issue gets more serious in places with limited access to energy or frequent
power outages. Conventional charging stations contribute to environmental
issues by using electricity derived from non-renewable sources. The demand
for an eco-friendly, affordable, and sustainable solution is rising. This is
addressed by a solar-powered phone charging station, which provides a
green energy substitute that guarantees continuous charging without
endangering the environment or relying on the electrical grid.

Identify the Client Groups

Those who frequently have low battery troubles and spend a lot of time
outside are the target market for a solar-powered phone charging station.
This includes:

Park visitors

Passengers at bus stops, train terminals, or airport

Students on college campuses

People attending festivals, fairs, or public events

Residents in areas with load-shedding or unreliable electricity

Environmentally conscious consumers who prefer green alternatives

The company guarantees broad usability, steady demand, and

encouragement for the adoption of sustainable technology by attending to
the demands of these groups.

Propose a Value Proposition:

Our solar-powered phone charging station provides a clean, environmentally

responsible alternative for mobile users that require reliable, on-the-go
charging. Installed in public spaces such as parks, campuses, markets, and
transportation hubs, it ensures continuous device access without reliance on
the power grid. It raises environmental awareness while lowering carbon
emissions by utilizing renewable solar energy. The stations are designed to
be durable, accessible 24/7, and able to service numerous devices at once. It
solves a universal problem while aligning with green energy goals.

List the Main Activities (Key Activities)
