 Connecting & Monitoring Hikvision Ip cameras from the factory to Head office.
 Fixing & position arrangement of the Hikvision Ip Camera.
 Windows Server 2016 installation and configuration.
 Active Directory (AD) and Domain Name System (DNS) installation.
 File Transfer Protocol (FTP) installation.
 Network cable Trucking & Crimping at the head office.
 Local file sharing and printer sharing at the head office and factory.
 Troubleshooting desktop computer which has a trouble of being startup.
 Diagnosing hardware and software faults.

Ongoing Tasks

 Making all the computers to join a domain or to become a part of a server for
administration.
 Central administration of all computer’s hardware and software.
 FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Configuration and setup.
 VPN (Virtual Private Network) Configuration and setup.
 Ensure that network access privileges, applications, data storage and regular backups are
configured and maintained.
 Ensure installation and maintenance of protection services (anti-viruses and firewalls)
 Ensuring the security and integrity of the IT Infrastructure.
 Upgrading the company’s website.
 Plan network upgrades, expansions and replacements.
 Implementation of new infrastructure, technology acquisitions, software
solutions and upgrades.
 Develop and update IT processes and procedures, and ensure they are properly
documented.
 Schedule computer related services, maintenance and license renewals.
 Provide ICT support and train new and current employees on computer software and ICT
systems.
 Enforcing the ICT policies and roll out of new ICT products and policies.
 Monitoring and upgrading of IT infrastructure.

 Enforcing some polices for each domain join computers for administration.

 Ensure system security and backups.

Daily Task Activities

 Install, troubleshoot, repair, update and maintain workstations, laptops, printers/copiers,


external drives, monitors and other peripheral hardware.
 Monitor network to ensure network functionality and availability to all system users.
 Central administration of each domain joins computers.
 Monitoring the Hikvision Ip Cameras.
 Monitoring the performance of the hardware and software components.
 Integrate security, physical control solutions for all confidential data and system.
 Provide ICT Support.
 Follow the installation and administration of the communication network infrastructure
including Internet, Telephone and Security Camera.

Long Term Plan Activities

 Developing Payroll System.


 Propose software application like STOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM or INVENTORY
CONTROL SYSTEM, ERP/SAP to provide solution for the company and implement
upon approval.
 Plan for technology upgrades, expansion and replacements by overseeing their
systematic needs assessment, specification and budgeting.
