In my role as a full-time employee within the Talent Acquisition team, my primary responsibility
centered around managing employee referrals. This encompassed the complete lifecycle of sourcing

process. Furthermore, I actively participated in job fairs at various colleges, effectively sourcing and

• Trainee worked at Sutherland Global Services as an HR recruiter trainee. Trainee learned a lot about

fair in different colleges to source a candidate for job. And Trainee attend event at ITC Grand Chola
the Sutherland Conclave Academy, which is one of the biggest events at Sutherland. This event
focuses on generating job offers by connecting with college placement staff who attend and sign

• Through the internship period, the trainee also learned about the different aspects of HR, including
