Symptom
This SAP Note delivers the following enhancements to PDF display for electronic invoices in the Customer Invoice: Tax
Authority Clearance and Buyer-Issued Tax Invoice: Tax Authority Clearance processes:
Enable PDF display for electronic invoices with mixed tax rates
When an electronic invoice contains mixed tax rates, tax subtotals are displayed by tax code in a new table placed under
the item table.
Enable the display of surcharges in PDF files
Enhance the display of discounts in PDF files. The same applies to the display of surcharges. Now the behavior is as
follows:
When discounts and surcharges are displayed at header level in XML files
In PDF files, discounts and surcharges are displayed at header level. Two new rows named Total Discount and
Total Surcharge have been added into the header. The discount amount is displayed in the Total Discount row.
The surcharge amount is displayed in the Total Surcharge row.
When discounts and surcharges are displayed at line item level in XML files
In PDF files, discounts and surcharges are displayed at line item level.
