Introduction :
Bituminous Concrete (BC Gr- ll) is a pre-mixed bituminous mix which is well compacted to form high quality
pavement surface course. The Bituminous Concrete consists of proportioned mixture of coarse aggregate, fine
aggregates, Bitumen and Filler the requirements of Stability,Flow,Density and Voids analysis. The Laboratory
determination of "Job Mix Formula" for Bituminous Concrete course was carried out in accordance with the
specification demands and as described in foollowing paragraphs. The has been carried out for the source of
bitumen is from AGARWAL,Aggregates obtained from Renuka Stone Crushrer Plant @ 387+395 LHS Dudan
Wadi.

Proposed Aggregates for Bituminous Concrete

Source of Aggregates : Crusher Plant Located at Dudan Wadi @ Chainage 387+395 LHS. The Selected
aggregates for Bituminous Concrete Design are Crushed Stone as All - In - Aggregates.
