This Memorandum of Understanding cum NOC is made and executed on this

(HEREINAFTER CALLED PARTY OF THE THIRD PARTY)

The term parties of the First Party and second party of third parties unless repugnant
in the contests shall mean and include not only themselves, but as well as all their
legal heirs, administrators, assignees and agents etc.

That the Plot No. 42, 43 in Survey. No. 213 admeasuring 1340 sq. yards 752.4
sq. mts situated at Ward No. 1, Block No. 6, Indiranagar, Kothapet, Uppal Revenue
Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District. under GHMC L.B. Nagar Circle, Telangana
State.

That the H.No. 4-12/1 & H.No. 13-4-12/2, both 270 sq. yards, 225.72 Sq. Mtrs,
situated at Vikas Nagar, Gaddianaram, Saroornagar Mandal, Dilsukhnagar, Ranga
Reddy District under GHMC Circle, Telangana State.

That the H.No. 16-11-611/A/3, 180 sq. yards, 150.48 Sq. Mtrs, situated at
Gaddianaram Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Dilsukhnagar, Ranga Reddy District
under GHMC Circle, Telangana State.

That the above said properties are self-acquitted properties of Late K. Yadaiah, S/o. K.
Durgaiah. Apart from these properties that said Late K. Yadaiah acquired open plat
admeasuring 120 Sq. Yds in Survey. No. 181/1, situated at Kothapet Village, Uppal
Revenue Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri Dist. under GHMC, L.B. Nagar Circle,
Telangana State. Vide proceeding no. B2/2721/78.

That the above said properties are self-acquitted properties of Late K. Babu Rao, S/o.
K. Yadaiah. Apart from these properties that said Late K. Babu Rao acquired open
plat admeasuring 120 Sq. Yds in Survey. No. 181/1, situated at Kothapet Village,
Uppal Revenue Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri Dist. under GHMC, L.B. Nagar Circle,
Telangana State. Vide proceeding no. B2/2721/78.

That the above said properties are settled by partitioning the same among themselves.
The details of which as follows.

2. Plot No.1 South part, Bering H.No. 4-12/1 in Survey No.79, admeasuring 90
Sq. Yds or 75.24 Sq. Mtrs, Situated at Vikash Nagar, Gaddianaram Village,
Saroornagar Mandal, Dilsukhnagar, Ranga Reddy District, Under GHMC, L.B.
Nagar Circle, Telangana State.
3. Patta Certificate issued by the MRO in proceeding no. B2/2721 of 1978, In
Survey No.181/1 admeasuring 120 Sq. Yds, Kothapet Village, Uppal Revenue
Mandal, Medchal, Malkajigiri District, Under GHMC, L.B. Nagar Circle,
Telangana State. Allotted to in favor of Late K. Babu Rao.
4. Patta Certificate issued by the MRO in proceeding no. B2/2721 of 1978, In
Survey No.181/1 admeasuring 120 Sq. Yds, Kothapet Village, Uppal Revenue
Mandal, Medchal, Malkajigiri District, Under GHMC, L.B. Nagar Circle,
Telangana State. Allotted to in favor of Late K. Yadaiah father of K. Babu Rao
above certificate both brothers in partition share to Late K. Babu Rao share 40

Under GHMC, L.B. Nagar Circle, Telangana State.

4. House Bering No.16-11-611/a/3, admeasuring 90 Sq. Yds, Situated
Gaddianaram Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Under
GHMC, L.B. Nagar Circle, Telangana State. In favor of K. Vamshi Krishna.
5. Patta Certificate issued by the MRO in favor of K. Yadaiah, proceedings no.
B2/2721 of 1978, In Survey No.181/1 admeasuring 120 Sq. Yds, Kothapet
Village, Uppal Revenue Mandal, Medchal, Malkajigiri District, Under GHMC,
L.B. Nagar Circle, Telangana State. above certificate have both brothers in
partition share to K. Hanumanth share 40 Sq. Yds out of 120 Sq. Yds.

Out of said 120 Sq. Yds. Each party got equal share 40 Sq. Yds. Covered under
Certificate issued by the MRO in favor of K. Yadaiah, vide proceedings no. B2/2721
of 1978. Situated at Kothapet Village, Uppal Revenue Mandal, Medchal, Malkajigiri
District, Under GHMC, L.B. Nagar Circle, Telangana State.
For getting clearance from revenue department in respect of the above said plot legal
heirs of K. Babu Rao spent sum of Rs.4,00,000/- as such the 2 and 3 rd parties paid
there share amount Rs.1,33,333/- each to the first party. (Total Rs.2,66,666/-). Thus,
the parties 2 and 3rd are entitled to retain, hold and enjoy their respective share 40 Sq.
Yds each in the said plot.
Now this Memorandum of Understanding cum NOC witnesses as follows:

In pursuance of this MOU cum NOC the parties here to are entitled to hold and enjoy
their respective share forever and the parties have no right to claim or interfere in any
manner in others properties allotted to them.

Where as the 1st party hereby assure and undertake that he will not interfere in the
properties allotted to 2nd and 3rd parties and claim right of any nature here after.

By virtue of this MOU the parties here to enjoy the property allotted to their share
without any hindrance from other sharers. If any person here to or their any legal heirs
and successors raises any objection regarding allotment of their respective share is not
tenable and valid.

That the contents of this MOU are binding and enforceable on all the parties here to
and their successors and legal heirs.

In Witness Whereof the parties here to have signed this MOU cum NOC with their
free will, consent and without any force or pressure by anybody.
