Review section Description
Throughout the registered classes, the
teaching method that was applied was
audio-Lingual and behaviorism, didactic
materials were used, such as flashcards,
made on cardboard, in which on one side
1. TEACHING METHODS was the verb in its normal form and on the
reverse, the same but in the past
participle, this so that the students learned
to identify each verb and how to write it,
also with a balloon and various irregular
verbs, to play the hot potato game, the
techniques used were the games and
activities as this helps students to learn in
a more fun way and to better remember
vocabulary and grammar.
Between the activities and the methods
used, there is a relationship, since through
the playful activities, what they tried was to
have the attention of the students so that
2. PROCEDURE they have a better understanding of the
topics presented, as the description of the
method says. On the other hand, just as
the recreational activities were chosen by
the method, the type of activity presented
was applied to the type of behavior of the
students in question.
The teacher in charge is a very
empathetic, responsible and supportive
woman with all the students in her charge,
she has shown that she is capable of
taking care of any problem that arises and
3. SENSITIVITY solving it in the best way, it should be
noted that she is very punctual explaining
the proposed topics, and I am sure that if a
student presented some type of disability
she would be patient and find a way to
make her learn, it is worth mentioning that
she is very respectful with everyone on the
educational campus.
Fortunately, none of the students have
mental problems, and neither have any
4. ASSISTANCE TO disabilities, but as in every school, there
STUDENTS are children who are a bit hyperactive and
restless, for them, they must be patient,
teach them from scratch in an assertive
way, since they otherwise, they will see it
as boring, which would not encourage
them to learn well.
The classes that I have had the fortune to
attend are very good, they have made me
see the development of the classes from
5. REFLECTION another point of view (teacher), with the
teacher I have learned to handle the
problems that arise or doubts that arise
during In classes, on the other hand, I
have learned to identify activities that
encourage creativity, such as writing
stories or creating dialogues. I have been
able to notice that the teacher uses the
behavioral method in most of her classes,
which is not bad, but it would be better if
she used the audio-lingual method more
frequently.
