-Having knowledge about Knowledge Management is necessary for an employee because if the
employees do not have enough knowledge of what they are doing, the company may collapse.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Knowledge Management System consists of the following components:
• Data containing raw information (this is the data that has not been processed yet)
• Knowledge
It acts as a reminder to take action or to do something after receiving information.
• Information
The information received aided in completely understanding and being aware of the measures that need
to be done to respond to the information obtained.
OVER VIEW OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
•Explicit Knowledge( expressive knowledge)
-This information can be recorded, gathered, and shared valuable information with others. Due to its
simplicity of access, it acts as a resource for others. It is important because it allows the employee to
learn new information that can help them to improve.
•Tacit Knowledge
-It is a knowledge you gained through experience from your personal life and development as
professionals. This is the reason why this knowledge is not easy to share because it's about personal
problem and personal life. A knowledge that can't be shared to others without the permission of the
owner.
Convert Tacit knowledge to Explicit:
The method of converting Tacit knowledge into Explicit is called Externalization. And Tacit can only be
converted to Explicit if it is possible to codify it and express it.
