We refer to your earlier forwarded information for job engagement with relation to MONTAGE OIL.
After evaluation of your Resume/Job Application; other relevant data and having satisfied the recruitment
procedure earlier adopted by the members of our HR Team, we found you qualified to work with our Team.
Hence, MONTAGE OIL seeks to employ your services as an expatriate for a regular full-time position with
our Company.
THIS DOCUMENT EMBODIES THE APPROVED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EMPLOYMENT

B.1 SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Appropriate monitoring/coordination services, planning and implementation, development, execution, as
shall be deemed necessary for job success.
Comprehensive infrastructure /management, policies initiation and approval of corrective actions, including
regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making, changes incorporation when necessary.
Quality assurance, Quality control, corporate liaison work with one or more project team, or steering
committee, senior managers and other key influences, possession and maintenance of outgoing and
incoming policy and operations manuals.
You shall also be expected to meet/liaise with the management board of MONTAGE OIL for overview and
updates regularly.
You shall be expected to work with a team of prime experienced project personnel with the mandate to
provide excellent services.
Single and Family Status, with accommodation provided. Kindly indicate if you are relocating to UAE
with your family. Excellent educational assistance / benefits with family status employment.
B.4 FAMILY STATUS – (YOU CAN RELOCATE TO UAE TOGETHER WITH YOUR FAMILY)
Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on
employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
All Employees are entitled to One (1) month Paid Leave per year which can be taken once at a time or twice
apart one different period. Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.
However, for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to
travel/excess baggage allowance.
Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made
during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer
will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee’s expense
Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses.

Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Visa costs and Expenses made by Employee. The agreement

presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses

Should you wish to resign OR terminate your employment with us, you will be required to provide 90 days
(3 months) written notice to enable us transition your work.
Termination for Cause, either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or
repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of
receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.
C.2 NON-UAE RESIDENTS:
It is our official policy that our employees must pay for their work visa permit/ Resident processing fees, as
a proof of the readiness to join our team; they have to contact the FOANPO TRAVEL AGENCY and obtain
these documents.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that reimbursements will be made fully to
Employee’s upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
The two months’ salary shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on journey to assume duty. This
is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on
assumption of duty relating to default.
Employee’s (Expatriates) are to note that TWO MONTHS UPFRONT SALARY are paid as soon as Employees
Procure and Process the relevant UAE Traveling Papers, Resident/ Work Permit Documents through
FOANPO TRAVEL AGENCY and submit it to the Human Resources Department of MONTAGE OIL for
Verification.
All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be paid into employee’s account locally.
C.4 BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and
it shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.

D.1 MEDICAL EXPENSES
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-
on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no
small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All operations
on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as
applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses
to be incurred. Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the
company's laundry and dry-cleaning unit. All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course
on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves,
Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Oil & Gas Sector.
The Employee is requested to contact MR. MUHAMMAD AHMED of FOANPO TRAVEL AGENCY, With the
below office address through email, who shall be responsible for the processing of his or her Valid UAE
Work/Residence Permit Visa and then should forward it to the HR DEPARTMENT of MONTAGE OIL for
Verification and authenticity confirmation.
Hence any expenses incurred by employee during the processing of his documents shall be refunded to the
candidate after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration/Labour UAE arrangement.

Please be informed that only our official travelling Consultant FOANPO TRAVEL AGENCY will be handling
your travel needs, including Work/Resident permit papers, Visa procurement and transfers within the
United Arab Emirates.
Note: You will be responsible for your travel expenses, and MONTAGE OIL will refund only travel expenses
made through our travel agency to you. This reason is to have a confirmation of your total expenses,
availability also as a proof of your seriousness and commitment to join our working team.
Please take the time to carefully review our offer; this offer agreement is governed by the laws of the
Province of MONTAGE OIL and United Arab Emirates.
