Experience Summary:
Eric has over 14 years of experience involving the design, engineering, construction and maintenance of
HVAC systems. He was involved for 2 years in a hands-on experience in the commissioning and start-up
of HVAC equipment for various infrastructure including chilled water and direct expansion package
systems. Eric is knowledgeable in HVAC applicable standards ASHRAE, ARI, NFPA and SMACNA as
well as Shell and DNV offshore international standards. He has extensive experience in using computer
aided design and review application such as Navisworks and Smart Plant Review application. Eric’s area
of expertise included HVAC System Design via Carrier HAP 4.80, HVAC System Engineering, HVAC
System Installation & Commissioning, HVAC Controls & Instrumentation and AutoCAD (2008 to 2019).
Relevant Experience:
Colocation Site Due Diligence, Manila, Philippines – (September 2021 to December 2020):
Mechanical Engineer – HVAC responsible for reviewing single line diagrams, identify SPOFs, assessed
building mechanical related drawings and documents prepared by the colocation vendors to check if the
colocation are fit for the Client’s requirements. Evaluate prospective colocations by conducting site visits.
Shell Penguins Offshore FPSO Project – South Sea, Norway for Shell Penguins (January 2019 to
December 2020): Mechanical Engineer – HVAC responsible for the oversight of designers in the
preparation of HVAC drawings deliverables to be submitted to the client. The project involved the
engineering, procurement and fabrication of Shell’s Penguins floating production storage and offloading
(FPSO) vessel in the North Sea.
LNG Canada Project – Kitimat, British Columbia, Canada for LNG Canada (December 2019 to
present): Mechanical – HVAC Specialist tasked to review and approve HVAC equipment selection,
procurement and deliverables. The project involved the engineering, procurement, fabrication and
construction of LNG export facility that will liquefy surplus Canadian natural gas so it can be safely
exported to help meet global energy demands.
Jeddah South Terminal Power Plant (Substation and Generation Area) for Saudi Electric Company
(March 2014 to December 2018): Mechanical Engineer (HVAC/Piping/Controls) responsible for
ensuring that installation met the design engineering and project specifications. Performed field
commissioning and start up activities of HVAC system. The project is an engineering, procurement,
fabrication, and construction of a 2,650 MW power plan producing electricity for about 2 million people
or 5% of Saudi Arabia’s entire power generation capacity.
Jeddah South Terminal Power Plant (Substation and Generation Area) for Saudi Electric Company
(July 2013 to March 2014): Mechanical Design Engineer – HVAC responsible for the detailed
engineering review and preparation of documents including P&ID, single diagrams, heat load calculations,
and IFC drawings. The project is an engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction of a 2,650
MW power plan producing electricity for about 2 million people or 5% of Saudi Arabia’s entire power
generation capacity.
Oyu Tolgoi Phase 1.5 Project Site, Mongolia for Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (February to December 2012):
Mechanical Engineer – HVAC responsible for the development of detailed design and construction
management of HVAC system for additional infrastructure. The project provided the program and
construction management for open-pit and underground mines, a copper concentrator, and supporting
infrastructure to produce high-quality copper-gold concentrate.

2010 to February 2012): Mechanical Engineer – HVAC responsible for the review of shop drawings,
ensured that all work performed are in compliance with all applicable standards, project specification and
safety procedures. Oversee construction are within scope, budget and schedule.
Insular Life Tower Filinvest Alabang Muntinlupa City for Insular Life (August 2009 to April 2010):
O&M Mechanical Engineer who was tasked to be overall responsible for the operation and maintenance
of chillers, fan coil units, air handling units, cooling towers, pumps, and expansion tanks. The project
involves an O&M of HVAC System for 2 towers connected by a podium with a 500-seat auditorium
located in Filinvest City, Alabang.
LDK Polysilicon Project for Jacobs Sydney Office (August to November 2009): ITS Drafter who
assisted in the squad checking of shop drawings and updating process to mechanical data sheets. The
scope of the project involved engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance contractor and
management of activities of multiple technology know-how providers (TKHPs), responsible for
integrating various technologies and carrying out EPCM works of this fast-track project.
