are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee- Python. contributing to cutting-edge
projects in Renewable Energy Forecasting.

Job Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

This opportunity involves a 6-month training period, followed by a performance evaluation. Based on the
evaluation, those who qualify will be enrolled with a package of 3 LPA. If the evaluation indicates a need for
further development, the training period will be extended for an additional 6 months. During the initial training
period, a stipend of 12k per month will be provided. If the training period is extended, the stipend will also be
increased to 15k.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Software Development: Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and
scripts under the guidance of senior developers.
●​ Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and fix software bugs and performance issues to
enhance application efficiency.
●​ Database Management: Work with databases, learn how to store and retrieve data using SQL or
NoSQL databases.
●​ Version Control: Collaborate using Git/GitHub for source code management, version control, and
team collaboration.
●​ Testing and Optimization: Perform unit testing, debug errors, and optimize code for better
performance and scalability.
●​ Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of code, processes, and technical
implementations for future reference.
●​ Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with senior developers, participate in team meetings, and
stay updated with the latest Python frameworks and technologies.

Required Skills:

●​ Strong understanding of programming concepts and algorithms.


●​ Familiarity with Python syntax and data structures.
●​ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

●​ Full-time degree in B tech CSE/IT ,or a related field.

Note: Employment confirmation would depend on the individual performance.
