What is Rotaract?
Rotaract is a service club for young people ages 18 and up who
are dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the world’s most
pressing challenges while developing leadership skills and making
friends from around the world. Rotaract clubs are members of
Rotary International.
Rotaract clubs decide how to organize and run their own
clubs, manage their funds, and plan and carry out activities and
service projects that are important to their communities. Clubs that
sponsor Rotaract clubs offer guidance and support, and work as
partners in service.

OFFICE BEARERS
President
President will be the decision maker for the club, responsible for every
action of the club, they will be the face of the club and represents our club on
every occasion and get calls from outside campus from Rotary club, Rotaract
clubs of colleges and community clubs.
Secretary
Secretary will be the acting head of the club, they will be guiding you in
every actions on the club, along with president they will be the face of the club
and represents our club on every occasion, the information from outside campus
will be delivered by secretary inside campus, all the meetings and student
database will be maintained by them,
Vice President
Vice President will be the supervisor of the club, they will provide the work
flow and in-charge for the activities of office bearers, directors and board
members, they will select volunteer with the help of NGD for any events, prepares
reports for all events, act as president/secretary in absence of them
Joint Secretary
Joint Secretary will be the organizer of the club, they will prepare all the
permission letters, venue bookings like classrooms, auditorium, seminar halls,
guest house they will in-charge for the certificates, ID cards, invitations along
with secretary and NGD
Treasurer
The treasurer oversees all funds and maintains accurate financial records,
ensures transparency in financial operations, and responds to inquiries from club
members and sponsor clubs, if applicable. The treasurer should be a responsible,
detail-oriented person.
Public Relation officer
PRO will be the external affairs in-charge of the club, they will be contacting
principal/head of the govt organization/CEO of any school/offices/companies if
we are doing a project that comes under their influences/supervision
International Service
Reviews suggestions and develops plans for the club’s annual international service
project Takes a leadership role in organizing and facilitating the project Develops other
activities that promote international understanding among club members and in the
community
Sergeant at arms
Sergeant at arms will assists all the actions of the club, collars the president during
the events, decorum in-charge of the club
New Generation Director
New Generation Director will be the in-charge for all Rotaractors, a bridge
between the Rotaractors and the office bearers
Literacy Director
Literacy director will be the supervising everything comes under literature
ex: verifying and approving letters, reports, invitations, permission letters, event
summary, agenda, social media descriptions, messages etc.,
Multimedia Director
Multimedia Director will be the marketing team of the club, they will be
promoting the club event by making posters, invitations, videos and edits, they
will be maintaining all the photographs, videos and post it on all our Rotaract
social media handles, ex: Instagram, twitter, Blogspot, Facebook, YouTube,
LinkedIn
Tree plantation Director
Tree plantation Director will survey areas for planting trees, get contacts of
local officers and proceed to make awareness programs and tree plantation events
along with the help of PRO, Sgt at arms.
MOC
MOC will make the agenda for all the events along with secretary and plays
major role on maintaining the work flow for the events and will be acting as
MOC team during stage event
Child Welfare
Child welfare will be the in-charge for everything under children related,
visiting schools, Children homes, food distribution along with literacy director.
Club Advisor
Club Advisor will guide us for all the activities done by the office bearers,
board of directors, communicates with the management for seeking permissions
and approvals for all the club activity
Club service
Develops strategies for membership development and retention, take meeting
minutes, Writes and distributes the club bulletin, Plans fellowship activities for the
membership.

Feminism, beyond words, is like a resplendent book with transformative
chapters that guide humanity toward a sustainable future. One such vital
chapter, Menstrual Hygiene Awareness, was shared with school students by
the Office bearers of Rotaract Club of PSNACET through an impactful session.
A complete guide on menstrual hygiene was provided, and sanitary products
were distributed to 83 students to enlighten their perspectives and promote
better health practices.

On behalf of the International Day of Girls' Safety, the Rotaract Club Of
PSNACET organized an awareness session for 150 girl Students at PSNACET.
The session featured esteemed guest speakers from the Cyberwing Dindigul,
including Inspector Victoria Luruth Mary, Sub Inspector Eeswari, and Sub

We, the Rotaract Club of PSNACET, conducted a successful campaign at PSNA

We, the Rotaract Club of PSNACET, actively volunteered in the "Thithikum
Diwali" event, where we distributed dresses and sweets to 1,000 children,
allowing them to celebrate Diwali in a special way. Our role as volunteers
extended beyond distribution; we also helped with tasks such as packing the
dresses, ensuring everything was organized for the children. This experience
gave us the chance to be part of a meaningful social service initiative, spreading

Quiz 2024. The event brought together four remarkable clubs, all united by a
