First and foremost, I am applying for David Oyedepo Foundation

Scholarship because this can bring a great impact to my life. Coming from a
positive background, my parents have always told me the importance of
hard work, prayer, and resilience. That is why I am seeking scholarship-
because I am ready to work hard to make my dream come true.
My parents have always provided me with everything I needed be it
essential or not; and I really want to relieve them of that stress trying to pay
my fees in this harsh economy we are currently facing in our country-Nigeria.
I don’t want my education to affect my siblings in the slightest. Instead, I
want to take full responsibility of my future through personal merit and
commitment.
Furthermore, as I prepare to enter the higher institution, I am applying
to study Computer engineering-which is in high demand, and if this
scholarship is given to me, it would gladden my heart. It would make me
know that my education is assured and that no form of financial breakdown
can stop me.
Beyond the scholarship and financial support, what draws me more is
its deeper mission. It is all about shaping leaders in Africa for the better. I
want to grow in an environment that just doesn’t support academics, but
also spirituality and leadership. I want to be part of those who will make true
changes to the country and the entire globe.
If I am awarded with this holistic scholarship, I will take it with utmost
responsibility. I will be an emblem for purpose and pride. I will work hard to
grow academically, spiritually and morally. Be it through tutoring others, or
through projects. I am ready to serve.
In a nutshell, I am asking or the scholarship because I have a vison
ahead. I know where I m coming from and my destination. I believe the
David Oyedepo foundation scholarship can help me go through the paths of
excellence, faith and impact.
