Dear Esteemed Principals,

It is with a deep sense of gratitude that I write to inform you that I have
been transferred to the Chennai Regional Office, and will soon be assuming
my responsibilities there.

Over the years, I have had the privilege and joy of working closely with
each of you. The dedication, passion and unwavering commitment you have
shown toward nurturing young minds have always inspired me. The spirit of
co-operation and mutual respect we shared; made my journey here both
professionally fulfilling and personally enriching.

While I look forward to the new challenges and opportunities that await
me in Chennai, leaving behind this wonderful network of educators and friends
is not so easy. Every interaction, every meeting and every shared initiative has
left a lasting impact on me, and I carry those memories with great affection and
pride.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your consistent support and


friendship throughout my time here in Trivandrum Regional Office. I truly value
the relationships we have built and hope they continue, regardless of distance.

Wishing you and your teams continued success, growth and happiness
