Advantages And Disadvantages Of Search Engine Marketing...
You have a beautiful website up and running, and now you need to get it in front of people who are
interested in what you have to offer. The two big ways of doing this are search engine marketing
(SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO). They both have some advantages and disadvantages.

Defining our terms is typically a good place to start. Some see SEO as being one element within
SEM, which can include other elements such as paid search marketing. Lately, many see a clearer
distinction between the two. Search engine optimization is the process of optimizing all the elements
on your website and between your website and other sites in order to increase its rank in what s
known as the organic search results. When discussing search engine marketing, digital marketing
professionals are typically referring to the process of engaging in paid advertising on the search
engines.

Search Engine Optimization

Search engine optimization is basically any action you do to your website that gets the search
engines to consider it to be a relevant search result to display when someone types in a search term
in Google, Bing or any other search engine. These actions, therefore, include optimizing the meta
data and content of your website for these keywords. Google also highly regards factors such as
fast webpage loading speeds, mobile friendly websites and the time a visitor spends on your website.
This last factor is why content marketing is important. Many of the latest Google algorithm
What Are The Four Elements Of Atmosphere
This essay will discuss the four elements of atmosphere that are used to reach out to customers.
Those elements are the following: exterior, general interior, store layout, and displays. The combined
used of these elements create a unique image that customers can identify with the store s image and
lends to what is known as visual merchandising.
The first element that contributes to a customer s perception of a store based firm is the exterior.
Planning of the exterior, has to include the store s exterior attributes which includes the storefront,
store entrances, display windows, building height, visibility, surrounding areas and stores and
parking facilities. Depending on the image that the store wishes to be perceived as these attributes
have to portray uniqueness. According to Berman and Evans, a storefront is defined as the total
physical exterior of the store itself. It includes the marquee, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Decisions of flooring, interior color palettes, scents and sounds, store fixtures, aisle widths, light
fixtures, overall cleanliness of the store, price displays, and dressing facilities all help to create a
mood within customers and to add to the atmosphere of the store. A store needs to know what mood
it is trying to convey when all of these elements come together.
The third element that contributes to a customer s perception of a store based firm is the store
layout. There are six steps that need to be considered when planning the store s layout. These
steps are the following: allocation of store space, classification or store offerings, determination of
a traffic flow pattern, mapping our in store locations, and arrangement of individual products. The
purpose of a store s layout is to make shopping as efficient as possible. Customers should find what
they are looking for easily while also being persuaded to buy a few impulse items along the
Parisian Sights And French Principles Summary
Parisian Sights and French Principles, seen through American Spectacles (1856), was written for
an American audience by James Jackson Jarves during his time in Paris during 1851. The book is
part of a larger series written by Jarves throughout his career to allow Americans to view the World
outside of the United States. During this book he tries to compare the two sister Republics, and
show how French Republicanismaligns with the American version. To Jarves dismay the two
Republics are not as similar as he thought, leading him to ponder Why Republicanism was a curse in
France, and a blessing in America? Throughout the book he goes about trying to answer this
question. Jarves thought Republicanism was a curse in France because of the long... Show more

The Catholic Church. While Jarves indicates religion is on the decline, he talks more about the
Catholic Church being a political institution. In that sense, the Church would not be hurt that much
by a decline in religion. The biggest affect the Catholic Church has in France is their influence in
education. Jarves saw two reasons why this was problematic for Republicanism in France. First,
how could you trust what the Church was teaching. They might have been teaching loyalty to the
Pope over the Republic. The Church was in French politics in regards to education. In 1851
education was regulated by the Supreme Council of Public Instruction, which was made up of
sixteen dignitaries. Four were to be Catholic, two were Protestant, one was Jewish, three were
Councilors of the State, three were from the Court of Cassation, and three from the Institute. While
Jarves was right that Catholics did have influence education form politics, they were outmanned by
twelve other dignitaries. Most likely Jarves opinion was still influenced by the historical impact the
Catholic Church had on French education. The influence on the Catholic Church in schools worried
Jarves so bad, that he went out of his way to enroll his children in a Parisian private school. Second,
that Catholic education did not teach individualism, except it
The Shroud Of Turin By Pope Francis
The Shroud of Turin, called [the] icon of love, of Christ s great love for humankind by Pope
Francis, is one of the most debatable human artefacts of which has gone under the most extensive
and scrutinising research in human history still to this day. The shroud is a rectangular linen cloth
around 4.37 metres long and 1.13 metres wide and is centuries old. The main highlight and
mystery of the shroud is that it contains two appearances of a disfigured, naked man. This image
however is not visible to the naked eye and required a negative photograph to be taken so that the
appearance would be clearer. The cloth is believed, by Christians, to be the burial shroud of Jesus,
many claiming that the face on the shroud is the Holy Face of Christ however many scientific
research has indicated that it cannot be. Even so, the wounds indicated on the man resemble those
of the crucifixion and those inflicted of when Jesus was on the cross (as told in John 19:34).... Show

During this time, it was more than a decade into the Hundred Year s War between England and
France, and the Black Death had begun to subside, reaching its peak of devastating most of
Europe. The Shroud of Turin still has a significant influence as of today. However, according to an
engraving by Antonio Tempesta in 1613, showed the Shroud being displayed in front of a large

The First Crusade Cause And Effect
The First Crusade, a time of strife, war, and bloodshed. The First Crusade was a war for the Holy
Land. It was called into effect by Pope Umbar II in an attempt to reclaim the Holy Land from the
Jews and to return it to Christianity and to assist in repelling the Turks. Pope Umbar II delivered
a speech about how the people of God needed to join forces and fight for Jerusalem. The speech
spoke of how this war would be in God s name, that those who participated would receive
absolution from sin and eternal glory. This speech had an incredible effect upon the Christian
population, it inspired such a large amount of people, both plebeian and nobility, to rise to the cause
and fight for the Holy Land, as their current army was built entirely from volunteers. While it is true
that religious beliefs would have motivated many to the cause, the promise of riches in the lands of
Jerusalem also led many to fight in the Crusades.
Throughout the 11th century, the Byzantine Empire began to receive many attacks from invading
Seljuk Turks. It was this that caused Byzantine Emperor Alexius to ask for Pope Urban II for
support in their fight against the Turks. Pope Urban II called upon the western Christians to aid the
Byzantines and to recover the Holy Land in the year 1095.The people s overwhelming response to
his call as European Christians lept at the opportunity to fight the Muslims and to Recover their
Holy Land. In the year 1096 Peter the Hermit and Walter Sansavoir led around
The Child s Language Development
Four year olds can tell simple stories with an expressive vocabulary of 1,500 to 1,600 words
(Owens, 2004). Toddlers at this age have increased mastery of consonants and can produce
sentences that are four or five words long. Language transitions to a tool that is used to explore the
interrogative why? which helps the toddler ask abstract questions and learn more about their
environment. Five year olds use more adult like language, but aspects of their syntactic structure
may be missing. Expressive vocabulary encompasses about 2,200 words by age five (Owens,
2004) and schemas for their vocabulary become more complex. Five year olds still have difficulty
with a few consonant sounds and with consonant blends, but most of the phonemes of the child s
language are fully developed. In early childhoodthrough school age, the child s language
development will plateau; however, the interaction with social development increases the child s
pragmatic skills, which feeds into more refined expressive and receptive language.
Social development becomes measurable when the child is in the experimenter stage. The
emergence of the infant s social and representational behavior reflects most clearly in
communication, which was discussed earlier. At this age, the infant is able to solve problems by
imitating their caregiver, which is an important learning strategy (Owens, 2004). The infant develops
the ability to recognize a behavior performed by their caregiver and replicate it in

The Case of Jeffret MacDonald
Jeffrey MacDonald was convicted in 1979 for the murders of his pregnant wife Colette and their
two daughters on February 21, 1970. At the time McDonald was convicted of murder he and his
wife were living the American dream. They had a steady income, household and a loving family.
Biography
Jeffrey MacDonald was born in Jamaica, Queens, New York City, New York. At the end of his
high school education he received a full scholarship to assist Princeton University. Jeffrey
MacDonald was known by his classmates as an intelligent, popular, and most likely to succeed
student. On September 14, 1943 he married his high school sweetheart Colette Stevenson, while
assisting Northwestern University Medical School. In 1969 he joined the Army as a Captain in
the 3rd special forces group as a surgeon. A few months earlier before the brutal murders occurred
Colette wrote some friends on a Christmas card We are having a great, all expense paid vacation
in the Army. It looks as if Jeff will be here in North Carolina for the entire two years, which is an
immense load of my mind at least. Life has never been so normal nor so happy (NEED CITE). The
family was happy, financially stable, and progressing toward a better future.
Murder Scene However, on February 17, 1970 around 3:30 am dispatchers received an emergency
phone call from the family residence at 544 Castle Drive North Carolina. The call came from

Preterm Babies
Preterm babies are those that are born before 37 months of pregnancy are over. It is the under
developmental state of these babies that puts them at a higher risk of developing complications after
birth. Good examples of these are complications of the respiratory system that affect the ability of the
neonate to inhale and exhale air. Lung complications are common respiratory problems in preterm
infants. In most cases, the lung matures after 36 weeks, but this differs in fetuses as they exhibit
variability in their rates of development. Respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) is a common lung
problem in preterm babies, and it occurs as a result of the inability of the lungs to synthesize enough
surfactant. The surfactant is important in the lungs
Ed Louis Accomplishments
Ed Louis was born in 1943 and was raised in the Middle East. He came to the United States in
1964 to further his education to become an engineer but ended up switching majors to business.
After finishing high school overseas, he attended Chabot Community College located in
Hayward, California, then later transferred into Cal State East Bay located in the same area.
Growing up overseas in during the 1950s was a very interesting time for him. He was completely
obsessed with Elvis Presley and looked up to him. Presley was very popular in his hometown and
had a huge impact on Louis life. He claims to even own hundreds of merchandise and collectables
all decorating his home. One of his biggest dreams was to actually meet the King and see him
perform live. Louis believed Presley brought joy into people s lives during the some of the toughest
times our nation endured. One of Louis most memorable purchases in the late 60s was a color
television. Around this time, Louis states that almost everyone he knew owned a television in their
home. He remembers how heavily Elvis was promoted... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Before even coming to America, he would always hear stories about how racist and discriminant
the educational system was which worried him; he knew that leaving his country and moving
out here on his own was a big risk. Even though schools were desegregated, it was still completely
split between White people and Colored people. Although he did not remember the name, he
discussed the Brown v. Board of Education case and how that was very important to him because
even though he was not Black, he still faced a few of the same struggles. As a Brown man, he
experienced a lot of racism; from racial slurs being yelled at him to actually getting jumped on his
way home. Although he struggled to fit in, he was able to form really solid friendships with people;
especially through the love of rock and roll and
Critique Of Barbra Ehrenreich s Poem
I enjoyed this piece a great deal more than the radical feminist/lesbian pieces we read for Tuesday.
I think that I connected with this piece more because it felt descriptive and informative rather
than problematically prescriptive. Rich sets up the environment that heterosexuality is situated in
as compulsory because of Patriarchal cohesion and violence and I found it very productive of her
to set it up as an institution. I thought her critiques were very well placed and argued in a very
respectful manner. I loved when she discussed Barbra Ehrenreich and Deirdre English s piece
because her critique was very necessary but she did not tear them down to highlight their
omissions. She states [s]o much of this book [on witches, midwives, and nurses] is so devastatingly
informative and is written with such lucid feminist wit, that I kept waiting as I read for the basic
prescription against lesbianism to be examined. It never was (Rich 634). She is rightly calling out
feminist academics who have not tackled lesbianism in a thoughtful way, but she isn t completely
invalidating their work. This seems like a... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She states, [t]he fact is that women in every culture and throughout history have undertaken the task
of non heterosexual, woman connected existence, to the extent made possible by their context,
often in the belief that they were the only ones ever to have done so (Rich 635). This seemed like
a great deal of the historical scholarship of the 1980 s that focused on finding women s histories
that have been erased, but that fact that she is focusing on lesbians is important as well. Her
statement also reminded me of the idea of consciousness raising, not only within a single community
but also within a broad historical narrative. She is encouraging the reader to ask, what do woman
not know about ourselves, and moreover what has been erased about
American Montage Exhibition Essay
Leading our way the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, I toured the exhibit, American
Montage. American Montage made its big appearance of the work of Brooklyn based artist, Adam
Cvijanovic. From the previous fifteen years, this exhibition highlights establishment and extensive
scale canvases on Tyvek s shoal. Cvijanovic s enthusiasm for nineteenth century landscape art is
represented in the American Montage. Walking into Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, I
was immediately drawn towards Adam Cvijanovic s exhibit. Cvijanovic s exhibit included art
pieces such as: Flint Hills, Discovery of America, Childhood of Buster Keaton, and my favorite,
Belshazzar s feast. Noted in each Contemporary style art piece, Cvijanovic included landscape
imagery. Each of Cvijanovic s pieces contained visual feel, textural paint scheme, shadowing, and a
bright color palette. Belshazzar s feast appeared with deep hues of purple, dark shading, and the
images appeared to fade away in the distance. This monument was said to have been standing sixteen
feet tall, and consisted of nine separate panels. Belshazzar s feast appears to contain a scene from
ancient Babylon. I can conduct this from the realistic appearance, and characteristics from the
painting. Cvijanovic s technique for acquiring such a large crowd on the scene is his technique of
layering. The embeddedness of each person... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I thought that was interesting because here recently I was able to tour that wonderful Museum as
well. The Discovery of America ranged from a sixty five foot scene, which is the largest piece of
art I d ever seen. This piece included characteristics of deconstructivism which was learned on page
863, of chapter 22. The characteristics appeared abstract and contained disassembled images to the
