Stories of Shri Sathya Sai Baba
Sai Baba Story 1: The Mango Miracle
One sunny afternoon, little Sathya was playing with his friends in the village of Puttaparthi. The
children were hungry, but they had nothing to eat.
Sathya smiled, walked to a tree, and picked up a handful of sand. "Let's see what love can do," he
said softly. He closed his eyes and blew on the sand.
Poof! The sand turned into ripe, golden mangoes! The children gasped. "How did you do that?" one
boy asked.
Sathya simply said, "When you think of others with love, God listens." The children sat under the
tree, laughing and sharing the sweet fruit.
Moral: True magic is in kindness and sharing.
Activity: Draw a basket and fill it with things you'd love to share-cookies, toys, hugs, or smiles!
