ABDOMINO-PELVIC SCAN
The liver was coarse and showed heterogeneous echo texture. It
displayed increased echogenicity with blunt edges and mild portal
hypertension.

The gallbladder was collapsed


The pancreas was normal.
. Spleen and the pancreas were normal.

Both kidneys were normal in size and shape. Corticomedullary echo


pattern were preserved. No hydronephrosis or renal calculi seen. No
evidence of hernia, appendicitis or abdominal adenopathy seen.

The prostate gland was normal in size. It measured cm 3 in size. No


nodules or calcifications seen.

The urinary bladder was well distended with thin regular walls. No
evidence of bladder mass or stones seen.

Conclusion
 Normal abdomino-pelvic ultrasound.
