TERMS & CONDITIONS:
➢ Fuel Surcharge will be charged as 35 % on Domestic Service only.
➢ GST as applicable by Govt.
➢ Any Octroi/Sales tax or other government/municipal levies apply to consignment would be on your
account. 2% of such levies would be applicable as Handling charges.
➢ For all deliveries on per Kg shipments, for Surface & AIR.
➢ We will accept consignments only for our serviceable pin codes as shared with you. We will keep you
posted with our updated list of serviceable pin codes on monthly basis.
➢ Insurance Charges of 2% will be charged on the Invoice value for all non-insured shipments to get the
claim settlement, if any. We will provide COF only against the FOV of 0.2% charges on invoice value.
➢ Where the consignment is not insured, our liability will be limited up to INR 100 or cost of
reconstruction whichever is lower.
➢ For bulky material - Length x Breadth x Height in Centimeters divided by a factor of 5000 (for Air &
Surface) will be applied for calculating Volumetric Weight of consignments which are odd-sized or
bulky in girth.
➢ Billing Cycle - On monthly basis, payment is to be released within 15 days from the receipt of the
Invoice.
➢ It may be noted that we do not carry Cash, Jewellery, Precious Stones, Gold Silver, Liquid, Gases,
Hazardous products / Chemical or any banned item through courier mode and in case you do book the
same without any intimation & knowledge, then we shall have no liability for loss/shortage of the
same.
