RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUIT CLAIM
I, __________________________________________________, Filipino, of legal age, with residence at
_____________________________________________________________ do by these presents, acknowledge receipt of the

Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. (the Company) as full payment and final settlement of any and all amounts, such as salaries,
wages, 13th month pay, overtime pay, holiday pay, and other benefits granted to me voluntarily or by law, as well as any and all
claims of whatever kind and nature which I have or may have against the Company, which are or have been due to me from the
Company by reason of my employment and of end of employment therewith. In consideration thereof,
1. I release, remise and forever discharge the Company, its successors-in interest, stockholders, officers, directors,
agents or employees from any action, sum of money, damages, claims and demands whatsoever, which in law or in
equity I ever had, now have, or which I, my heirs, successors, and assigns hereinafter may have upon or by reason of
any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, up to the time of these presents, the intention hereof being completely and
absolutely to release the Company, its successors-in interest, stockholders, officers, directors, agents or employees
from all liabilities arising wholly, partially or directly from my employment with the Company.
2. I further warrant that I will institute no action against the Company. I further manifest that my receipt of any or all of the
benefits above-mentioned shall not be taken by me, my heirs or assigns as a confession and/or admission of liability
and release the Company, its successors-in interest, stockholders, officers, agents, or employees for any matter,
cause demand or damage that I may have against any or all of them.
3. I finally acknowledge that I have received all amounts that are now, or in that future may be, due to me from the
Company, including the adjustment to my salaries and benefits, and if I hereafter be found to be entitled in any manner
to any amount, the fact of payment of my salaries and benefits as indicated above, is a full and final satisfaction of any
and all undisclosed claims.
4. I finally declare that I have read and understood this document and the release, waiver and quitclaim hereby give, are
made willingly and voluntarily and full knowledge of my rights under the law.
