Sir:

“No person shall drive his motor vehicle in such a manner as to obstruct or
impede the passage of any vehicle, nor, while discharging or taking on passengers
or loading or unloading freight, obstruct the free passage of other vehicles on the
highway.”- RA 4136: Land Transportation and Traffic Code, Section 54.

The undersigned would like to seek barangay assistance to remove a


certain vehicle (tricycle) parked along our residence particularly beside the
road right of way which clearly presses obstruction to the passersby, resident
service vehicle or entering visitors and/or the like. Futher, upon the
undersigned inquiry on the rightful owner of the aforesaid vehicle, it found out
that the latter is owned by a certain JANSEN M. MORADA, my nephew to whom
I exhausted utmost condition precedence prior to this office, thus, this instant
request.

Hoping that this letter will merit your kind consideration and favorable
action with this instant matter.
