Undertaking

entitled “VIDYA-MITRA” as Content Writer / Content Reviewer / Language Editor
accept this assignment with roles and responsibilities associated with it. I undertake to
complete the job assigned to me within the stipulated time period prescribed for this
purpose. The amount of honorarium payable to me for the assigned job and stages of
release of instalment of honorarium is acceptable to me.

2. I understand that I will be given the credit for my role in the process of content creation.
However, The IPR and copyrights for the e-content so developed would belong to the
NME-ICT and MHRD. I will be happy to transfer the copyright for the content written by
me to the MHRD and NME-ICT with an understanding that the content would be
available under Creative Commons License Agreement that provides for others to copy,
distribute, and make some uses of their work non-commercially without any additional
honorarium / payment / fees / loyalty payable to me.

3. Besides terms and conditions given in the documents hand-over to me, any other terms
and conditions imposed by the UGC, NME-ICT or MHRD from time-to-time will be
acceptable to me.

4. In case of any dispute, decision of Standing Committee, VIDYA-MITRA, will be


acceptable to me.
