Procurement Planning / Supply Chain:
• Monitoring & reporting the daily Inventories to management.
• Procuring materials from vendors for Daily production based on demand.
• Releasing the monthly schedules vendors
• Releasing the weekly plan to class A vendors,
• Organizing the daily material collection list for the transport team.
• Vendor Follow ups and co ordinating with vendors every day for smooth supply.
• Production planning / Levelling sheet sharing to production team.
• Preparing ABC analysis for child parts inventory control.
• Tracking the daily production vs target and tracking the losses against the daily plan
• Releasing the Vendors delivery performance to all vendors on every month beginning
• Visiting the critical vendors end & discussing supplies for smooth supply of parts.
• Maintaining two days of local material coverage at the plant for smooth flow of production.
• Take immediate action against shortage/excess/damage report received from suppliers
• Responsible for Monitoring the Levelling BTS (Built to Schedule) on daily basis
• Ensure minimum inventory for slow moving components and liquidation of non-moving
items through conversion and coordination with job workers.
• Responsible for month wise MWS recon with vendors.
• Ensure the PDQC materials (Previous Day Quality Checked parts).
• Attending everyday management meeting & show previous day production data and
current+2 days production plan with materials data.
• Organizing the daily vehicles and co-ordinating with Transport team for
collection/delivering the parts from vendor end to our end
Stores and In & Out Bound Logistics: (2014-2021)
• Ensure Physical verification of unloaded parts as per quantity / quality.
• Making GRN for all received materials from various suppliers
(Domestic & Imported Parts)
• Raising Sales Invoices through ERP (Domestic)
