Pre-Conference Day: 23rd May, 2025


Guest Arrival & Reception

●​ Arrangements:​
○​ Dedicated volunteers stationed at the arrival gate with
placards at the airport​
○​ Transport arranged: Sedans or minivans depending on
group size​

Check-in at Hotel

●​ Room details: Pre-allocated rooms for each guest with
welcome note.
