1.1 Highlights
This scenario describes below functionalities of SAP Field Service Management:
- New dashboard creation within Analytics and Feedback module
It starts with the Dispatcher creating a new dashboard dashboard with pre-built query for the most
serviced equipment. The Dispatcher sees it in different views: pie, line and column.

2 Step-by-Step Scenario
2.1 Planning & Dispatching
Login to the Planning & Dispatching module of your SAP FSM cloud account by opening the following
URL and make sure to choose the “Sign in with User” option:

1. Enter the Account Name, and click continue.

2. Enter Username and Password. Click LOG IN
3. By default the Dispatching Board page opens up. Select the top right tiles button and then click on
Analytics and Reporting.
4. Click on the below icon (on the right side).
5. Click on + New Dashboard.

6. Enter the Name ‘Most Services Equipment’ and click Create.
7. Click on + Create New Chart.

8. Select Sample Chart ‘Most Serviced Equipment’ from Drop Down List. Select Chart Title ‘Most
Serviced Equipment’ and select Chart Type ‘Pie’. Click Save.
9. You can now view the pie chart.
