Thank you very much for your interest in utilizing our products and services. As discussed,
please find below proposal for your review and approval.
PACKAGE RATE: PHP 430,000

1. ROOM AMENITIES:
1.1. Hot and cold shower

1.3. Daily replenishment of Toiletries

1.5. Daily replenishment of complimentary bottled water
2. PAYMENT TERMS:
We will require fifty (50%) percent of the total contract price upon signing of the
contract. Balance and other incidental expenses to be settled
upon group’s check-out.
For send bill arrangement a “Certificate of Availability of Funds” will be required at
least two (2) weeks before the event. Payment of the total contract price must be
settled two weeks after the conclusion of the events.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation less than two (2) weeks prior to the event's date. A fee
equivalent to fifty (50%) percent of the total contract price shall be charged to the
guests/group.
“NO SHOW” and “SAME DAY CANCELLATION” a 100% of the reserved nights
multiplied by the number of rooms shall be charged accordingly.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
4.1. Check-in time: 2:00PM
Check -out time: 12:00NN
Note:
> Request of early check-in/check-out depends on
the resort’s occupancy on the same day,
until 2:00PM. Otherwise, a corresponding fee shall be imposed.
> Proper swimming attire must be worn while swimming.
> The resort will not be held liable for any untoward incidents that may
arise during or in the course of event. It is therefore encouraged that
guests practice all measures of safety and security of self and valuables
inside.
