316L stainless steel material

316L is one of the most mature materials of metal 3 D at present. It has


excellent comprehensive properties and can be widely used in various
fields. It is the most widely used 3 D printing metal material at present.
3D printing stainless steel main technical parameters are as follows:
Minimum wall thickness 0.2-0.3 mm
Surface roughness (30µm thickness) Ra 6µm Rz 15µm
Surface roughness (60µm thickness) Ra 10µm Rz 35µm
Tensile strength (horizontal) 600±20 MPa
Yield strength 500±10 MPa
Elastic modulus 180±5 GPa
Extension 30±2 %
Hardness 250±5 HV
Recommended operating temperature 500℃ below
AlSi10Mg aluminum alloy material
Aluminum alloy is widely used in aviation, instrumentation and general
machinery because of its good process, low density and good corrosion
resistance.
3D printing aluminum alloy main technical parameters are as follows:
Minimum wall thickness mm 0.3-0.4
Surface roughness (30µm thickness) Ra 10µm Rz 30µm
Surface roughness (60µm thickness) Ra 15µm Rz 35µm
Tensile strength (horizontal) 430±20 MPa
Yield strength 245±10 MPa
Elastic modulus 70±5 GPa
Extension 9±2 %
Hardness 120±5 HV
Long-term operating temperature 150℃ below
Ti6Al4V titanium alloy materials
Titanium alloy has excellent mechanical properties and good
corrosion resistance. It is widely used in medical and aerospace fields.
3D main technical parameters for printing titanium alloys are as
follows:
Minimum wall thickness mm 0.3-0.4
Surface roughness (30µm thickness) Ra 6µm Rz 20µm
Surface roughness (60µm thickness) Ra 8-12µm Rz 30-35µm
Tensile strength (horizontal) 950MPa
Tensile strength (vertical) 930MPa
Yield strength 860MPa
Elastic modulus 116GPa
Extension 10%
Hardness 320HV
Long-term operating temperature 350℃
