Engagement Focus
Each engagement focus represents a logical portion of the normal ITS lifecycle. Their sequence follows the phases of the lifec
designed to match it exactly. The engagement foci represent the fundamental sequence of the normal lifecycle without using
around the work products and deliverables that logically appear along the lifecycle. However, it is essential to understand that
model surrently in use.
Asset Category
Each engagement focus comprises a number of asset categories. Each asset category concentrates on a paricular aspect of
strongly based on specific work products and deliverables. Not all the work products or deliverables in the normal ITS lifecycle
