• Daily: Flowcharts + Concept maps (20 mins)
🔬 Biochemistry
• Monday: Carbohydrate metabolism

• Wednesday: Protein metabolism
• Thursday: Enzymes & Coenzymes
• Friday: Molecular biology (DNA/RNA)
• Saturday: Clinical biochemistry / Vitamins
• Daily: Pathway review using mnemonics or charts
📚 Sunday = Smart Revision Day
• Morning: Revise Physiology & Biochem notes
• Afternoon: Solve 20–30 MCQs per subject
• Evening: Watch YouTube summaries (Dr. Najeeb / Osmosis)
