MBBS 1st Year Study Plan

This is a simple and realistic MBBS 1st year study plan. It covers Anatomy, Physiology, and
Biochemistry in a balanced way. You can adjust timing as per your college schedule and
personal pace.

Daily Time Table (Monday–Saturday)

8:00 – 9:00 AM Physiology – New Concept + Notes

9:00 – 9:15 AM Short break / breakfast

9:15 – 10:15 AM Anatomy – Theory + Diagrams

10:15 – 11:00 AM Biochemistry – Pathways / Concepts

11:00 – 1:00 PM College Classes / Lab (as scheduled)

1:00 – 2:00 PM Lunch + Rest

2:00 – 3:00 PM Dissection Review (cadaver / bones)

3:00 – 4:00 PM MCQs / Revision (Physio or Biochem)

• Daily: Flowcharts + Concept maps (20 mins)

• Monday: Carbohydrate metabolism

• Friday: Molecular biology (DNA/RNA)
