Congratulations! You have been shortlisted for Personal Interview and Written Ability Test for admission
to the MBA of the IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu.
You must select the choice of your IIM in the SAP 2025 application form for consideration in the further
process. Additionally, you may also select the choice of specialized MBA programs at these IIMs in the
application form.
To further participate in the admission process, you will have to register yourself for the Supplementary
Admission Process (SAP) 2025 process. You must complete the SAP 2025 application form by filling the
personal details in the SAP 2025 portal on or before 21 February 2025, 5:00 PM. As part of the application
form, you are required to submit personal details, educational details, work experience details, and co-
curricular and extra-curricular details.
Kindly note the following:
Register on SAP Portal with your CAT ID, DOB, Email Address, and verification code as mentioned below.

Read the instructions carefully before filling the SAP application form. You will not be allowed to modify
the application form after submission. Please take adequate care before submitting the application form.
Please fill all the details carefully and check again to ensure that there are no mistakes.
Selection/Opting of MBA programs: Candidates must select the MBA programs of two IIMs in the SAP
application form. Accordingly, their candidature will be considered by the respective IIMs. If the candidate
does not select the MBA of a particular IIM in the SAP application form, their candidature will not be
considered by the respective IIMs.
Selection/Opting of specialized MBA programs: Additionally, IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu offer
specialized MBA programs in addition to the core MBA programs. Candidates interested in any such
programs must select the respective programs in the SAP application form. The candidates are requested
to check the eligibility criteria and other required details applicable to the program on their website.
The above-mentioned selection of MBA and specialized MBA programs will overwrite the selection made
during the CAT 2024 application process.
The admission policy, merit list finalization, and subsequent admission offers are independent at IIM
Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. Based on the candidate’s position in the merit rank and other admission
criteria, the provisional admission offer will be shared by respective IIMs.

Your candidature for admission to the respective MBA programs of the IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu
will not be considered further, in case if you fail to complete application form and do not register for the
SAP 2025 process.
